Job Summary

Leads procurement activities, ensures compliance with policies, and secures high-quality goods and services at competitive prices. Oversees procurement planning, supplier management, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement Planning

Develop and implement annual procurement plans

Coordinate with departments to identify purchasing needs

Ensure timely availability of materials and services

2. Sourcing and Purchasing

Prepare and issue tenders, RFQs (Request for Quotations), and RFPs

Evaluate bids and proposals based on cost, quality, and compliance

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers

3. Supplier Management

Identify, evaluate, and select reliable vendors

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers

Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues

4. Contract Management

Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts

Ensure contracts comply with legal and organizational requirements

Track contract performance and renewals

5. Compliance and Reporting

Ensure procurement processes follow organizational policies and laws
