1. Project Coordination
- Support project managers in planning and executing projects
- Coordinate between site engineers, contractors, consultants, and clients
- Track project progress and ensure timelines are met
2. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare, review, and manage technical documents (drawings, BOQs, specifications)
- Maintain records of contracts, change orders, and correspondences
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
3. Technical Support
- Review engineering designs and drawings for accuracy and compliance
- Assist in resolving technical issues raised from site teams
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and standards
4. Contract Administration
- Monitor contract requirements and ensure compliance
- Handle variations, claims, and contractual communications
- Assist in tendering and procurement processes
5. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure work aligns with quality standards and regulations
- Coordinate inspections and approvals
- Support implementation of QA/QC procedures
6. Cost Control
