Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
1. Procurement Planning
Develop and implement annual procurement plans
Coordinate with departments to identify purchasing needs
Ensure timely availability of materials and services
2. Sourcing and Purchasing
Prepare and issue tenders, RFQs (Request for Quotations), and RFPs
Evaluate bids and proposals based on cost, quality, and compliance
